About the role:

  • Provide administrative support to all facets of the Network business
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide support as required
  • Provide support with procurement, purchasing and payroll duties
  • Perform a range of database systems processing and administrative functions
  • Ensure all enquiries are actioned accurately and within a timely manner
  • Document creation and support
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required
  • Fixed term contract and permanent opportunities available
  • Monday to Friday role – part-time 30 hours per week
  • Flexible work environment

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative support function (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience with procurement & payroll (advantageous)
  • Ability to problem solve and provide support function to field-based teams
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP (highly regarded)
  • Current drivers’ licence (essential)
  • Must have a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Have a high level of autonomy with sound analytical and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional skills using Microsoft office programs
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external and build relationships via phone/email
