JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 3 – 4 week temp assignment
  • Based in Rockhampton with a reputable not for profit
  • Competitive hourly rate

The client:

people2people are passionate about partnering with community focused / not for profit organisation and this opportunity allows us to do just that. Working with an established team who focus on increasing awareness in the community but in addition, help to raise funds to help fight disease and support the families affected!

The role:

Based in their lodge in Rockhampton, you will be based in the front office – working with incoming reservations, meeting & greeting guests and coordinating all their transport requirements to and from medical treatment. In addition, you will be assisting with ensuring all consumables are stocked, basic administration and handling any incoming enquiries.

The selection criteria:
  • Previous Reception / Administration experience is essential
  • Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to empathise and manage communications in a sensitive manner
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and coordination skills
