· 2:1 rotational roster (two weeks' on site and 1 week off site)

· 10 hr shifts

Australian Camp Services (ACS) provides quality catering and management support services to remote camps for the mining, oil, gas and construction industries nationally.

As a Chef you will be required to manage our site specific operations, deliver quality support service to our clients either on Dinner Chef or Breakfast Chef duties.

Or

As a Utility/Service Attendant you will be required to undertake duties inclusive of: kitchen hand, dining room and facilities cleaning, service within the wetmess/bar, cleaning of all ablutions of the camp, general camp maintenance, industrial cleaning, laundry etc

The successful Chef candidates must have - ESSENTIAL FOR APPLICATION:

· Cert III or equal of Commercial Cookery Qualification

· FIFO Chef Experience

· Ability to work unrestricted within Australia for up to 2 years

· Driver's License

· Police Check within 6 months

· White Card

· Successful completion of Medical / DA

The successful Utility/Service Attendant candidates must have - ESSENTIAL FOR APPLICATION:

· FIFO Utility Experience

· Ability to work unrestricted within Australia for up to 2 years

· Driver's License

· Police Check within 6 months

· White Card

· Successful completion of Medical / DA
